Payment Options

We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options, so you can check out with confidence.

Credit & Debit Cards

1. We accept all major credit and debit cards for a fast and secure checkout.
2. HOOOYI never stores your card details or sensitive payment information.
3. If you have any payment-related questions, please contact your card issuer directly.
4. If a refund is issued, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

PayPal

1. You’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment securely.
2. You can pay using your PayPal account, or choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” at checkout to pay without creating a PayPal account.
3. If a refund is issued, it is usually processed within 1–3 business days.

USDC

1. Pay securely with USDC using a supported crypto wallet.
2. At checkout, simply connect your wallet and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
3. If a refund is issued, it will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Please note that blockchain confirmation times and wallet providers may affect how long it takes for the refunded funds to appear in your wallet.

Coupons & Promo Codes

Enter your coupon or promo code at checkout and click “Apply” to see your discount before completing your order.

1.  Coupon codes must be entered exactly as provided, without any extra spaces.
2.  Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
3.  Some products or promotions may not be eligible for discounts. Please refer to the offer terms for details.

Store Credit

If you have Store Credit available, it can be applied to eligible purchases at checkout.

Please note:
1. Store Credit is applied automatically at checkout when available.
2. If your Store Credit doesn’t cover the full order amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
3. Any unused Store Credit will remain in your account for future purchases.
4. Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
5.  If an order paid with Store Credit is refunded, the refunded amount will be returned to your Store Credit balance in accordance with our Refund Policy.
