Intellectual Property Notice
Updated: June 20, 2026
At HOOOYI, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit products and intellectual property infringement.
We regularly review the products available on our website and take reasonable steps to prevent the listing of any items that may infringe third-party rights. However, due to the large number of products and suppliers, it is not always possible to identify every potential infringement in advance.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, we encourage you to contact us so we can investigate the matter promptly.
Types of Intellectual Property Claims
We accept complaints relating to, but not limited to:
1. Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of a registered trademark or confusingly similar mark.
2. Patent Infringement: Unauthorized use of a valid design patent or utility patent.
3. Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted works, including images, text, artwork, software, books, music, or other protected content.
4. Other Violations: Any other infringement recognized under applicable intellectual property laws.
How to Submit a Complaint
To report an infringement, please send a Notice of Claimed Infringement to: legal@hoooyi.com
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
1. Your name and contact information.
2. Proof that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
3. A description of the intellectual property being infringed.
4. The URL(s) of the product(s) or content in question.
5. Any supporting documents or evidence.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your complaint, we will review the information as quickly as possible.
If the claim is found to be valid, we may take one or more of the following actions:
1. Remove or disable access to the reported product or content.
2. Contact the relevant supplier or seller for further investigation.
3. Request additional information from either party if necessary.
4. Suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious intellectual property violations.
5. Take any other action required by applicable laws or legal authorities.
